What is a photo booth?
It’s the perfect way to remember your special event! Remember your High School Prom and the cheesy pictures of you and your date (The one that you still have hidden in a box somewhere). That’s what we do! Except that we take sleek stylish images of you and your friends. We create fun and creative images of your guest and then instantly print them a copy! We also create a web gallery that you can send to your friends after the event so they can share the fun with their friends who couldn’t attend.
What makes your photo booth service different?
We know that you have a few choices in Photo Booth companies, but we believe you’ll choose us. Why? Two words, Customer Service. We pride ourselves on professionalism. We arrive early to your event and work with the event planner to create a set-up that works for your space. We employee experienced photographers that can set up creative lighting, help attendees with posing, and make corrections to the printing process during the event. Hiring us for your photo booth is a close facsimile to having a magazine-grade fashion shoot at your event. Our photos aren’t of people squished into a booth (unless that’s what you want, we can certainly emulate it). We create fun photos featuring your guests being themselves and looking their best!
We know that we cost a little more than “the other guys”, but that’s because we bring you a level of service that they can’t compete with. Our business is geared towards corporate clients and we cater to their needs specifically; we offer a higher degree of professionalism, reliability, and customer service. The standards that we maintain attribute to our price point.
We are happy to provide services for personal events, we’re local folks from Buffalo, NY; we love a wedding reception or a Superbowl Party (Go Bills!) as much as the next guy.
How do I rent a photo booth?
It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3…(4)!
- You contact us and tell us your needs and the date of your event.
- We provide you an estimate and contract for the event.
- You sign the contract and pay the deposit.
- We show up on-time and do the rest!
What kind of background may I have?
We offer an infinite combination of backgrounds! You heard us correctly, infinite! Well… actually it’s only three physical backgrounds, Black, White, and Chroma-Key Green! Chroma-Key Green is the magic™ one, it allows us to super-impose your guests over any background you can think of (even the laser background from your 3rd grade picture)!
If it’s a corporate event, or a special event, we can use your logo as part of the backdrop!
If you want to have your wedding guests escaping a tornado, we can do that too – we’ll even bring in a fan to give them the wind-swept look. We can create whatever you can think of (but we reserve the right to charge more for lame ideas and less for awesome ones)!
Pricing:
$1500 gets you the following:
- Free delivery to the Buffalo, NY Area (We’ll travel anywhere if you cover our Travel and Expenses)
- Set up and Break Down
- 4 Hours of Coverage.
- A courteous professional photographer and an experienced assistant to handle printing. (No minimum wage high schoolers here)
- Studio Lighting and the backdrop of your choosing (Infinite choices!)
- Digital Workstation and Printers
- Unlimited 4×6″ or 2×6″ Prints (We cut the 4″x6″ prints in half to make the classic “strips”… clever, eh?)
- Fully Redundant Gear – it takes a whole boatload of FAIL to stop us.
- A DVD or Downloadable Zip File of your images at the end of the night.
- A Web Gallery where you and your guests can view and order prints for the up to 90 days after the event.
But I want more!
- Need more time? We’d be happy to stay for $300/hr
- Props can be sourced and will be priced at cost+20%
- Retouching is available on any images after the event at our graphic design rate of $125/hr
- Creation of custom backdrops for the green screen is billed at our graphic design rate $125/hr
